    Hi Kirit,

You can download template from CRM. Go to Lead entity home page -> Select Import Data -> Select Download Template.

If you want to use both of excel or csv , y but you should save as to XML Spreadsheet 2003.xml.

    Hi Kirit,

For this requirement, I suggest you use SSIS feature for importing data. It is recommended for large data, it require technical level.

Or simply, you can create 1 middle ware application to load this file and import to your system.

    Hi Kirit,

It is possible to do that. If you do not want to export all columns, you can create 1 view contain all the columns which you want. Then export this view to excel and use this file as you template for importing data.

    Hi

go setting>data management >Templates for data import

you can download what you want from the selected view.

if you want to see all fields you should create another view.
