Well, when a user approve all items in a requisition, some times Dynamics do not change the status of RQ document.

Well, We have Dynamics SL6.5 , the approval type is by item, the approval structure is by department, in the approval screen show that there is no more action needed for this requisition.
and if I made a query the data in RQreqDet show all the items approved but the RQreqHdr have SA status.
I don't see any other reports of this type of issue. Can you recreate the issue in your database? What is the version of your SL installation? In RQSetup, what is the Approval Type? Are there any screen customizations or custom triggers that might be impacting the process? If you look at the Approval Info screen from one of these Requisitions - does the Approval Obtained match the Approval Required? Which approval structure do you use: Department, Project or Policy?
