Unable to Drill Down from Management Reporter to GP

Hello everyone!

I'm trying to drill down from Web Viewer to Dynamimcs GP, and the alert appears ' An error has occurred trying to process your url'. In adition, when I try to drill down from Report Viewer, the Dynamics Button turns grey.

The report was generated at Financial, Account and Transaction level, and I was logged into the Company against which I issued the report.

I enclose the print screen from Web Viewer.

Valerie,

knew I had seen this before and had to do some digging to find the problem and resolution.

We raised a case in Nov, 2015, and were provided with a Registry Change which then allowed the Drill Back function to work.

The registry change might be beyond what should be provided in a blog, but looking at CU15, states Additional Fixes for Product Defects, so might be easier to install and test that version first.

If that doesn't work contact MS Support for the Registry Change.

I attach the print screen of the MR versión. It's MR 2012, and I recently installed CU 14.

Valerie,

Can you check the version of MR, and ensure that at least CU13 or higher is applied.

I tried doing what you said, but the Dynamics button turns grey when I press it. I enclose the print.

I had to rebuild the DataMart several times. In adition, SQL server is installed in a different server.

Could these things be related?

In Management Reporter, check the option, Tools >> Options, and check the flag " Use Management Reporter as Report Viewer as the default Viewer"
