Territory Field Not Pulled Through From Lead To Contact.

Hi All,

I recently created a new field called Territory in the Lead Entity. (CRM on premise 2015)

When users qualify the lead to a contact the territory field is not being pulled through with the rest of the data.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi Wayne,

    I don't know if you can check the mappings between the lead and the contact entity relationship and add there the territory field.

    However if that's not possible, you can create a plug-in that gets triggered on when the lead is qualified - copy that information from the lead and insert it into the contact.
