Woodford - Missing form

Hi,

We had an interesting happening to us today. Was going to add another menu item in the Home Screen and it looks like this also removed some functionality in the Dynamics 365 app.

Before we manage to see our Work Orders and details about them in the app, this disappeared and instead changed into an error message in MobileCRM(Resco) and nothing except

the house icon in Field Service app(Microsoft).

I've been trying to locate the "FormSelectRule" variable without any luck.

Anyone familiar with this error message?

    the form select rule is configured by a button that becomes visible in the header ribbon of Woodford after you have clicked on an entity.

    maybe you have created a second form for Work Order without defining when to choose which form by a rule?

    Hi,

    I managed to find the location of the Form and Form Select Rule. It was under the "Design" button in the header ribbon.

    What seems to have happened is that the Form Select Rule has been removed. The field was empty for both Work Order and Bookable Resource Booking.

    I managed to get it running once I found out where to look.
