I'd like to know about web client setup for rookies, I would like to use the app on my Iphone.
I saw that I need create new instance, certificate, nav user, active IIS, etc. but I'm confused.

There are two different clients: web client and mobile client (msdn.microsoft.com/.../dn789593(v=nav.90).aspx). Microsoft Dynamics NAV Tablet client and Microsoft Dynamics NAV Phone client do not replace the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Windows client or Microsoft Dynamics NAV Web client. Instead, they offer a touch interface for a limited set of application scenarios compared to the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Windows client and Microsoft Dynamics NAV Web client. The Microsoft Dynamics NAV Windows client and Microsoft Dynamics NAV Web client support more complex business processes and heavier data entry than is possible on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Tablet client and Microsoft Dynamics NAV Phone client.
You can setup mobile client, for that you would need "certificates, etc." - follow e.g. this walkthrough: community.dynamics.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-nav-2016-how-to-configure-phone-client
You can also try to run web client using mobile device browser, refer to limitations: msdn.microsoft.com/.../jj672923(v=nav.90).aspx
