Unable to post a retail statement

Hi All,

I have created a batch job for calculating and posting a statement in Dynamics 365  environment.

Also, the transactions are being validated using Retail transaction consistency checker orchestrator.

However, the statements are not being posted and showing an error log as below

While processing the state Customer order created, generic exception encountered in retail statement XXXXXXX in the controller : The Reason Code is Mandatory!
Update has been canceled.

Could you please help me to fix this issue.

    Hi Naru,

    According to the prompt, there seems to be a lack of configuration in the environment. When creating a customer order, pay attention to check that the reason code field must be filled in. You can check the fields in the order for the error report of a given sentence. The link has similar problems for your reference.
