Hi all,

Need your professional advice, when we encounter such error, where to check what happened ?

pastedimage1642668551590v1.png

It's an Dynamics 365 F&O, I'm now in version 10.0.24.

This is from my test VM, have tried to restart VM but the problem still persist. When checking inside the VM, I've checked the IIS and Dynamics 365 service also running.

I believe there is no code error, since when Build and Synchronize in my own VM, it was fine. This error happened after it is deployed to the test VM.

Thanks,

Adding to this issue, I tried to login to the VM it self and run a Synchronize database from Visual Studio installed in it, and successful.

But after IISRESET and restart Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operation services (succeeded),  the same issue persist, with the same error in Windows Log.

In the Warning below it, there is this information as well :

All of this message suggesting something wrong with certificates, but not sure what is it. I tried to Rotate secret couple of times with no good result.

    Thanks.

From Event Viewer -> Windows Log -> Application, I found this error ->

I thought I did some mistake yesterday when doing Rotate secret ->

Whereby I'm choosing SSL instead Dynamics deployment, but today I just did another Rotate secrets and choose Dynamics deployment, then re-run my Build pipelines and new F&O deployment. After succeeded, turns out return the same issue with the same error in that Windows log.

Anyone can give me some idea what went wrong?

The other error on top of it is this one :

With the information telling app is shutting down ->

    Thanks,

If this is a Single Box environment then Open Windows Event Viewer, most of the time you will be able to find out the detailed error.

No, this warning isn't a problem.

    Hi Martin,

For that node, nothing unusual like error sign. Only 2 warning sign describe as this one :

The setbased operation does not get downgraded. It works as requested, but skips pre-/post-data events

I guess Warning like this no problem, right?

Try Event Viewer - you'll find F&O logs under Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Dynamics. The first one to check is probably AX-SystemRuntime.
