SharePoint list component for CRM 2016: X-Frame-Options set to SAMEORIGIN

Just installed the CRM 2016 List Component for SharePoint 2013 (actually upgraded the CRM 2013 list component that was already installed), and now none of the SharePoint document locations will display because the SharePoint page that CRM is trying to load has the X-Frame-Options header set to SAMEORIGIN. Obviously CRM and SP do not share the same domain name.

What is the fix for this?

    De-activate and delete the component in SharePoint and re-install fixed the issue.
