Named user license report

Hi,

I have a customer in AX 2012 R3 Cu8. When running the Named user license report it's showing wrong roles against the users. For example, a user with only role only, appears to have 20 in the report. Most of the roles are customized roles. Any ideas?

    Hi Javier,

    Can you check if the batch job "Named user license count reports processing" is running periodically? Usually this runs once a week and will create new version of the collected security data which is used by this report.

    Yes, it is. I also think the enterprise and functional count is correct, it's just the report is incorrect. If I remove the roles from one user, it changes from functional to enterprise and vice versa, but the report is printing wrong information about the roles assigned to the users

    HI Javier,

    Are there any customized roles where the same name is used more than once? E.g. you have copied the Accountant role, and now there are multiple roles with this same name?

    Would it be possible to share a screenshot of the report?
