RE: Power Automate - New Template

Hi there! Creating a new template for Power Automate is a great way to simplify your workflow and save time on repetitive tasks. Here's how you can create your own template:

    1. Open Power Automate and click on the "My templates" tab in the left-hand menu.

    2. Click the "+ New" button to create a new template.

    3. Choose the type of template you want to create. You can choose from three different types: Instant flow, Automated flow, and Scheduled flow. Select the one that best fits your needs.

    4. Give your new template a name and description that clearly describes what it does.

    5. Add any necessary connectors, actions, or triggers to your template. This will depend on the type of template you're creating and what you want it to do.

    6. Test your template to make sure it's working properly. You can do this by running a test flow and checking the results.

    7. Once you're satisfied with your new template, click the "Save as template" button.

    8. Give your template a unique name and choose a category for it.

    9. You can now use your new template whenever you need it! Simply select it from the "My templates" tab and customize it to fit your specific needs.
