Form not rendering properly

Hi all,

There is a huge problem we are having at the moment in Chrome:

3617.22.png

This happens when users navigate back from the form, and then open the same entity type record from the list. Lookups are displayed as [object Object] and option set labels as values.

There are no custom script javsacript errors - the only thing I see in console is 'Refused to set unsafe header "Content-Length"' Multuple times and "Max session timeout settings updated from iframe: .... "

In Internet Explorer, when I navigate from the same Entity's form - I get this error in Console:

SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'Crm' of undefined or null reference (page.aspx 2471,5)

Does anybody have any ideas?

I would say that we have a problem with our scripts on the form or something like that - but how to know exactly what?

    Hi Denis ,

Go to internet explorer --> Settings -> Internet Options ->Advance tab --> unchecked the option Disable Script debugging .

Now when you will open CRM window press F12 which will open the debug mode and any script error will redirect to that file automatically . You can see the related JS also .

This is some times happen for some browser settings also , you can reset all setting (In Advance tab you can find the reset button )

    Hope this helps.

This is the first script where it stops... The others are also some microsoft scripts which I didn't make screenshots of. I am not sure if our customizations are making problems or should I open a ticket with microsoft....

    Hi Denis,

Disable all the form on load function call  (go to form properties select on-load and disable all the function call)  and try once .

This error usually comes up when we navigate to a View... Anyone experiencing the same issue?

    Hi ,

In addition seems JQuery  reference not found. Could you please check your form properties you have added the Jquery reference or not .

    Hi,

This is happening on all machines in our DEV Environment. jQuery is added on form, but this error is occuring when I navigate to a View, not a form... Also, When I enabled Legacy Form Rendering, the errors disappeared, but then none of our customizations could work and the process driven form that we have on opportunity form was not working as expected...
