Hi, I am currently unable to access a single Tasks Activity on Dynamics CRM on-premise.
I can view all Tasks, but when I try to click on a single Task the page just loads an error message.
An error has occurred.

I can view other activities such as Calls, Emails etc. Just not the Tasks.
The steps prior to this I was editing the Task Form so that I could display the Created On field in the form. Once I made my changes I saved the form then published it. When I attempted to view a Task, this message started to appear preventing me from viewing a single task.
