Perhaps someone can help me out here because my consulting partners keep doing sloppy work and then wanting more $$$$ to fix their error,..
We have a workflow for PO approval, routed to various persons depending on purchase authority limit. We asked for this to be changed so that a PO would be routed to one specific person regardless of amount if the line type was Fixed Asset. Seemed simple enough. Now we are getting zero email notifications for any POs needing approval of any type or amount.
When I look at Job Ques Log Entries I see that NotifyNow has failed, and the error message is 'The table IDs do not match'. What table?? Its a workflow and no tables are specified that I can see. How can I find out what table is causing the error?
Its not impossible that the tables IDs actually do not match because we were moving objects around from our sandbox, but I need to be able to identify what table is mismatched and what code is looking for it.
