The behavior of Qualify button on lead is different on form than on Leads View .

On qualifying the lead from the view form it will redirect to opportunity but with the process "Opportunity Sales Process"

We want that that on both the button we should have lead to opportunity sales process being called.

I'm a bit confused on what you mean by "view form".  In D365 it's really an either/or thing: either you mean a view (a list of records for a given entity) or a form (a data entry web form with field labels and data fields).  In terms of qualifying a lead directly from the view by selecting it without opening the record in a form, the default BPF (Business Process Flow) is used.  And, as meelamri said, the default is Lead to Opportunity Sales Process (which actually forwards the session to the related Opportunity entity),  And like Mehdi, I'm unable to reproduce any change to the default BPF unless you actually create a new BPF and either select it from the Switch Process menu item, or change the default to point to the new BPF.

If you can provide more details perhaps we can be of more help.

    Hi,

I can't reproduce the same on my environment. Normally, the lead qualification experience generates an opportunity by keeping the same business process flow "Lead to Opportunity Sales Process". Have you implemented any customization on your instance?
