Hi,

Im using Bar code scanner, as soon as the bar code scanner scans the Item's bar code, if my cursor points to the Sales Line field "No". the Item No. is displayed.

Here the requirement is such that if the item's bar code is scanned again then the quantity should be +1. Any suggestion how to accomplish this ?

    You need to create a separate field on the related page and keep your cursor there for scanning, once scanned insert your sales line.

    This way you can check in the sales line for duplicate items scanning and add your quantity.

    Hi,

    I've found a solution for it. I will upload my solution shortly.

    Item Leger Entry stores the serial number.

    I've written a code on OnbeforeValidate. Here, when you keep the cursor on No field and scan the barcode, the serial No  appears on No field. Here I find the 'Item No' from ILE. For more details visit my blog site.
