Hello all,
I have a task to update the item price for over 300 items in AX 2012. What is the most efficient way to do this? Would DIEF be a better option and what entity should I be updating here?
Thanks

Hi Ronald,
If you are using trade agreements, you can update those agreements though adjustment functionality. See details here gfeaxblog.wordpress.com/.../d365-mass-purchase-sales-trade-agreements-update
If you are using standard cost i believe you can use Excel add in to import data into InventItemPriceSim table. See details here timsaxblog.wordpress.com/.../how-to-import-item-standard-costs-ax-2012
You can build your custom entity. But in general I agree with Guy - it depends on what prices you would like to update.
Hi Ronald,
Can you specify which item price you have to update. There are a few different things one might call an item price. Where can you see it through the front end?
