We recently closed out the year end for Great Plains 10.0, however I am starting to think it didn't go through properly. I've checked the year-end closing date for Financial, Sales, Payables/Purchasing and they have a close date of 12/31/2012 (which they should). However, when I go into the Tax Year-End close the "Last Date Closed" is 0/0/000.
Is that normal or did it not get closed out properly?

You will need to run the 'Tax-Year-End' Close process. It appears that it has never been run before. Each module has it's own year-end closing process and do not piggy-back off from other closing processes.
