Can't publish Real Time Journeys

hello, I cant publish any real time journeys, when i do i keep getting the below error.

"The journey cannot be published as the Marketing app is still being installed in the background. Try publishing again in a few minutes."

Can somebody advise here on how to fix this? I have been getting this error for weeks and have tried a lot of workaround with no joy.

for some further info, I am using a trial version of ms dynamics marketing and i have extended that trial for 30 days, but this issue was happening before the trial extension.

Hi Simona,

This may be a bug in the installation of the new version, perhaps you need to open one ticket to Microsoft support:

https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support

Or you can sign up for another new trial marketing environment to test it out, because i can do it in the trial marketing I created recently.
