Steps and Stages within Business Process Flows can be configured out of the box by following the steps outlined in this Microsoft documentation. (Note this is under the Sales Application documentation section, but the customisation steps will be similar if you are editing the Events Business Process Flow using the Customer Insights - Journeys Application).
