Hi,

When I try and export a PO from RMS to e-mail it will not work when Outlook is open.

If I close outlook it does export and then when I open outlook its there in my outbox ready to send and receive.

Obviously I would like it to work when outlook is open on my desktop.

I export to Destination E-mail and Format HTML and a message comes up "Export Failed.

My mail is Office 365 in the cloud.

Maybe it is a mail problem rather than RMS

Any help would be very grateful

You can Configuring Your Email Client for Office 365 using any outlook version it will solve your issue.

Office 365 is not supported. You could try using something like Thunderbird and setup your exchange mailbox on that mail client. Then you can send automatically.
