The statement I'm testing was from standard BC. Shouldn't be due to any customization.
If there any customisation done please connect with the same developer to resolve the issue
I removed all outbox errors and tried again. Still error.

Ok, How you are sending statement? If there any customization also try to debug the code, and check where is the error is popping up.

Yes, there are some records in outbox but not sent by me. Those were sent from other users.
