Encounter error "The record in table Sent Email already exists" when running standard BC customer statement

We were trying to test sending of standard customer statement through email but encounter "The record in table Sent Email already exists" error. What can I do to resolve this error?

Can you please check in Email Outbox if there is any entry available of your sending email or document no.?

Yes, there are some records in outbox but not sent by me. Those were sent from other users.

Ok, How you are sending statement? If there any customization also try to debug the code, and check where is the error is popping up.

I removed all outbox errors and tried again. Still error.

I'm running standard BC customer statement. My guess was, shouldn't be due to customization.
