We recently decided to change our flexkey definitions to include more characters.  We designated to add zeros as a fill.  Do we need to run a utility to get the current accounts updated to reflect the zero fills?

    Hi,

    Yes, you can use the Microsoft Tools Library utilities tp change existing subaccounts or accounts (or other fields) and add more zeros.

    Thanks - I was hoping for a utility that was already available without a purchase.  I think we will need to do everything the hard way.

    Note that you will also have to change your FRx reports that use Subaccounts by hand.

    Another product that will change the subaccounts is Keychange, from Keychange corp.

    Thank you.  We have not written FRx report so that is one good thing.  We were waiting until a decision was made on the subaccounts.  I will look into Keychange as well.
