Failed to acquire connection to database.-Exception from HRESULT: 0xC020801C in recurring import from Postman

Hi Techies,

I am trying to import sample customer group records using Postman enqueue request with recurring import. I am getting below error, DIXF service is running, entity list is refreshed, manual import is working fine.

And in Post request from Postman I am passing excel file like below-

Is there any setup or step I am doing wrong here, can anyone help resolving this issue or share workaround on this, would be helpful.

    Hi Sangram,

    Can you verify if DMF service is up and running? You can try to export the entity to Excel to test.
