Microsoft Omnichannel Calls - Secondary ringer (headset + computer speakers)

Hi,

We are using Microsoft Omnichannel Voice. Our users have a headset being used to talk to customers but when a call /rings/ they would like it to ring on both the headset and the computer speakers at the same time.

This actually means being able to split the sound nofitications in the browser across 2 audio devices. Such a feature is for example in place as secondary ringer in MS Teams but apparently not possible with a browser sound.

Does anyone have an idea to accomplish this somehow?

    Hi,

Unfortunately, the secondary ringer feature is not currently supported on the omnichannel.

I've seen this idea proposed by a user in the Idea forum and you can vote for it.
Our product team has direct visibility of these ideas and they will implement it on the basis of the highest number of votes received.

    Best Regards,
    Dengliang Li
