Hi,
I am working on Customer Service portal. The default filed layout is - label appears at the top and then the control. Is it possible to change the layout of fields to horizontal (i.e. same row)?

Hello Ravi,
You have to override the existing entity form / web form layout , to achieve this can you navigate to Portal >> web files >> try to find bootstrap.css and theme.css files and download, and also by using browser developer tool find the css class names and search it for same css class in the above files and override the css which way you like and re -upload the files and check.
basically bootstrap css and Theme css contains portal layout Css / themes Css of a portals

I do not have any experience on the bootstrap so was looking for some simple css change which I can add it on the web form.
It should be possible, as you can control the html and css. The best starting point would be getbootstrap.com as the portal uses that framework.
