Hello All,
Our Organization ships demo orders to customers and we don't charge them for these orders including the shipping charge. We recently started using Salesforce as our CRM and when an order comes into Business central the demo orders have a 100%line discount but when the shipment is processed it adds the shipping charge. How do we fix this situation without any customizations ?
We have Dship setup
Business Central by default does not automatically add a shipping charge. You have something setup that is adding that charge.....
