Connecting Crystal Repots to MCS CRM 3.0

I am a Crystal user and not a strong d/b person.
I've created an ODBC connection to my CRM SQL D/B to 'master'.
When I use the connection with a crystal report, 'master' only seems to contain Account Record fields.
I was antiscipating additional tables like for contacts, leads, etc, etc
I guess I would benefit from a CRB d/b layout.

 Any help appriciated.

Paul

Master is no good for you. The data DB will have the company name in its title. From memory its something like CRM_ORGNAME. Once you're hitting this, use the filtered views, which generally have names following the formula 'FilteredENTITYNAME'. Leon Tribe Want to hear me talk about all things CRM?
