Associate Contacts with multiple Accounts - Connections

Hello,

To associate a contact with multiple accounts, I found that the best way is to use Connections instead of N:N relationships between those two entities.

What I want to achieve is the below:

I want historical data that If a connection is removed from an account or contact, I want a report that shows that this connection role worked with accounts X,Y,Z, and is currently working with different accounts.

What do you suggest as the most effective way to track it? Cloud flow sends an email when a connection is removed and stores the record in a custom table and we build a report that shows those insights?

Any advice is highly appreciated.

Best regards,
EBMRay

    Hi,

If you want to work a cloud flow, the connection is better.

It is associated with two records in connection entity.

So the cloud flow will be triggered twice.

    Hello,

As for me, it's better to use "Connections" for that purpose.
