Outlook in Dynamics 365 online/trial not working

Hello Community Members,

i have checked everything but didnt find outlook in apps section available on dyanmics 365. All my email activities are held with status reason "Pending Send"

can anyone tell me how can i send/receive emails on my trail dynamics 365 account.

    Hi Shehzab, Have you configured the server-side synchronization to set up email processing? Server-side synchronization connects Microsoft Dynamics 365 with one or more Exchange servers or POP3 servers for incoming email, and one or more SMTP or Exchange servers for outgoing email.

    How to setup server-side synchronization ? please guide step by step may be i'm missing something.

    how can i access the inbox (outlook) because these are the only available options

    well i had the same problem in my online trail pack,this is probable because some trail pack don't include outlook in them.
    This can be solved by ,
    Go to  admin->billing(expand the tab)->select  purchase services  

    ( now you can see your trail pack purchase and ur trail pack due date etc)

    see if ur trail pack include outlook app.if not there are alot of trail options down below includes outlook app.

    select the trail pack and start a new trail.see for free subscription and once you subscribe them it may take while to setup the apps maybe try to signout and signin again.

    As there is no trial subscription that both has Dynamics and Outlook/Exchange...

    (And not even any such subscription at all)
