Hello dear community,

I need your knowledge.

I would like to print a logo via the store commerce app, which is stored in the receipt designer.

I put the logo under Images and then insert it under Receipt Layout in the Designer.

Unfortunately, all I have is the knowledge that it has to be a monochrome bitmap.

Is there anyone here who has the exact dates?

The printer is an Epson TM-T88VI. He prints a logo that is blurred.

I don't want to store the data directly in the printer, but rather in the DFO.

Is there anyone who knows the maximum amount of data it can have?

Maximum KB ?

Maximum resolution (pixels) ?

Only bitmap monochrome or alternatives?

I would appreciate any help.

Hi,

It's recommended to start with a monochrome 100x100 pixel image for OPOS printers and adjust the size accordingly.

For Windows printers, the Hardware Station code uses the .NET Draw Image object to pass the image to the printer as is. Adjusting the page margins in the Windows OS > Devices form may help with alignment issues.

Unfortunately, the exact maximum amount of data and resolution supported by the Epson TM-T88VI printer are not specified in the Microsoft documents. It would be beneficial to consult the printer's documentation or reach out to the printer manufacturer or support for more specific information regarding the maximum data size and resolution supported by the printer.
