Smart Button in Ribbon Workbench

hello friends...How is it going there??

I need your helps !!!!! I want to use smart button for  run workflow but i can't.Because when I write workflow name in ribbon workbench and then click on button an error disappear which is "This workflow is not published".What can I do??????

    Hi,

    You need to put workflow name , check here for more info.

    Make sure your workflow is activated , you can try to deactivate and activate again the workflow and then publish all customization.

    Once you did open the ribbon workbench again.
