Hello community,

I'm part of the customer source and had access with this account in the past to MLCS. Since some weeks it turned for me to get into the MLCS. After signing in with my credentials, which are correct inserted I just get a feedback:

It means more or less that the subscription process cannot be done due to an illegal request but we can't follow it as nothing has been changed since the last time it worked.
So, is there maybe some one who can lighten me up what to check or who to connect at Microsoft as the contact to support is not that simple as expected.

    Hi Oliver,

    Can you try to login using 'InPrivate' mode of your browser? It might be related to some browser caching. If the InPrivate is working this is proved.

    Thanks to you both guys for your very fast reply.

    Sorry to Manish that I wasn't able to get the whole error log in english as the system seems to recognize me as german.


    Thank you André. I checked the privacy mode of my browsers (Firefox [43.x] and IE 11). Both were activated. I emptied all caches.

    My solution now was not to state that my account is a business account but a private (which is not the case) - but it worked somehow. I was redirected to the Microsoft Online Login Page, entered my credentials and get access to the LCS. As the way now is different than in the past I saw that no project is longer available - but it works now.
