(AX 2009) Error when confirming planned order: "An update conflict has ocurred"

Hello, everyone!

When I tried to confirm a planned order (generated through the master planning), the following error messages appeared (by the way, they appeared in my native language, so I'll try to translate them):

"It is not possible to edit a Calculation register (ProdCalcTrans).
An update conflict has ocurred due to the register exclusion or to the change of one or more register fields by another user process."

These messages appeared in a node under an item number, on the tree that appeared in the info log.

Does anyone know what I can do to solve this problem?

hi Luiz,

As shows in error message it looks some update conflicts happen during this process. Might be some other user/pr0cess using the same records as you are using.

I would suggest please try to repo this issue with single client login.
