is it possible to automatically assign a Purchaser Code (initials) when a PO's are created by multiple users? For example, if I create a PO my initial's or name is auto populated instead of me having to manually do it?

Then if a co worker were to create a PO, their name would be auto populated also?

Hi

This is not possible out of the box. You may need minor dev for this. See below post and Aj Ansari suggestion

If you have the purchaser code set to blank on the vendor and have your code populated on the relevant user setup field, it will work OOTB
