Where can i find the Development License code for Cus layer .

It's in Partner Source Business Center.

Usually the partner can find it in PartnerSource Business Center and sends the license including the CUS access code to the customer.
If you are a customer, please contact your partner.

As a customer you can't access the PartnerSource resources. You should contact your partner to get this information.
