How to import and map option set values ?

We are importing data from a CRM 2013 to the 365 version. We are exporting the data from our SQL data, but it's not exporting the option set labels, only the IDs.

Is there any easy way to map the option sets values, or do we need to list all the IDs in both CRM and map them manually when we create the import ? Thanks in advance if you have any advice !

OptionSet/Labels mapping are available in StringMap Entity.
