From a former post:
Open your “Printers” folder and open “Properties” for the EPSON printer installed.
Select the “Ports” tab.
look through the list of available ports for "TMUSB".
If it is on the list, select it, click “Apply” and then do a print test.
If it is not in the list:
Open “Start”, “Settings” and “Control Panels”.Then open “System”.
Click on the tab labeled “Hardware” and then the button “Device Manager”.
Look for and delete/uninstall any and all listings for “EPSON USB Controllers”. It may be listed under the category of “Other” and/or “Universal Serial Bus Controllers”.
Turn the printer off and unplug the USB cable.
Reboot the computer.
Run the EPSON Advanced Printer driver install (../EPSON Advanced Printer Driver/Setup/Silentinst.exe).
Install the USB driver (it is second in the list of products).
Reboot your computer then plug in the USB cable then turn printer on.
Open your “Printers” folder and open “Properties” for the EPSON printer.
Select the “Ports” tab.
Look through the list of available ports for “TMUSB”.
Select it, click “Apply” and then do a print test.
