One of our users has been receiving the error message when she logs off her machine each night. FP: Couldn't close table!
Any ides on what is causing this issue and how to resolve the problem?

The connection with SQL server is intermittently broken. I had a long struggle with this at my new install recently. All of our machines were affected. In our case it was phantom entries in DNS on the domain controller, but it could be the result of anything that might result in a bad connection, including bad cabling/cable plugs, network adapters, etc. First determine that it is happening only on that one machine, then try to isolate any events that seem to trigger the error. You are likely to have to go through the network setup and all of the logs on that machine.
