GDPDU export: Ledger transaction file is empty

We are using AX2012 R3 CU9.

For our German entity, we have executed the GDPDU export. While exporting I am getting all 3 files (index, DTD, and txt). Index and DTD files are showing records, however, the txt file is empty. Just to let you know we do have data available in the system for the selected period.

Does anyone have any idea about the above issue?

Any suggestion would help us a lot.

At this moment I have the same issue in my AX 2012 R0, how did you solve it?
