The first thing that I would check is the URL that you are using to open the application. Do you have anything extra there after the dynamics.com/ ? If yes, try to remove that and see if it helps.

Is this a dev box? Test system? Prod? Is it working for others or not working for anyone? What changes were made in the system before it stopped working?

    what activity were you doing?

if it could be done in batch?

    Hi Adax,

Please answer the questions from Nikolaos. If it is a VM which just got started with a minimum of hardware sizing, then indeed this error can occur as it needs caching. Consider monitoring the hardware resources and see if you need to add CPU or memory. Also make sure the VM is running on a fast disk as there is a lot of I/O.

503 unavailable means that AOS is not running.

First of all, make sure that you can build your code (all your custom models) succesfully. Once you get a succesful build, do a db sync. After succesful db sync, try to open D365 again. Does it work now?

Also, you did not yet answer to question "What changes were made in the system before it stopped working?" But whatever the answer is, please undo those changes, do a build, db sync and try again.

Eventually, if it feels that fixing it would take more than a couple of hours, I always recommend to deploy a new dev system since it's quicker and therefore cheaper for your company.

Full build + Full DB Sychro done, apparently no errors,

    But the problem still persist

Can you check if in Internet Information Services (IIS) the site AOSService is running correctly?

Possibly, you can also search in Windows events for possible more detailed error messages.

Thanks to all of you, a new VM has been created, it's work fine now.
