How to adjust general ledger entry to include name of the offset account?

In my gl entry I cannot see the name of the offset account, how can I add this to avoid posting example to 210200 instead of 201200 and vice versa?

The unusual name of the offset account would directly point me out that the account number was not accurate and I could correct the entry before posting it.

    You can personalize the form to achieve that.
