Hi:

Although Business Central's Sales History Report is good, it doesn't display prior year profit margin or prior year dollars sold. It simply shows prior year quantity sold.

If there is no such report that displays this additional prior year data, is modification of the Sales History Report possible?

Or, is it best to build such a report using Power BI?

Hi, maybe you can also try Sales Analysis Reports feature, this is a standard feature.

If you need to add fields to a standard report (Sales History Report), this will require customization.

If you use Power BI, you also need to publish the data on APIs or Web Service first.
