as per Pearson VUE’s current policy, if a candidate misses an exam or fails to cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before the exam, the appointment is marked as a no‑show and the exam fee or voucher is forfeited. This applies to paid exams as well as Microsoft free or discounted vouchers. There is no formal appeal or
guaranteed reinstatement process as per my knowledge , I will suggest you to Contact Pearson VUE Support as soon as possible after the missed exam or If the voucher was Microsoft‑issued, you can also try Microsoft Credentials Support, but outcomes might be typically the same.
