We just migrated from CRM 2013 OnPrem to CRM Online. Previously we had a process where User1 would prepare and send out emails in the CRM using User2's name. Before those emails were actually sent, the User2 would have the ability to review and approve the emails to be sent. We tried setting this up in CRM Online but there is no "review and approve" process before the emails are sent now, the emails just get sent out using User2's email address and they have no knowledge that they are being sent.
Is there any way to make it so User2 has to approve these email messages before they can be sent out?
