Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations setup environment

Hi. I want to configure Dynamics365 Finance and Operations development environment on my laptop. But I do not have any access of Microsoft life cycle services. How can I do that. If anyone give me LCS credentials for the sake of practice on D365 F&O development that would be much helpful for me.
