Below is the error while opening Sales order.
Error:
Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Cannot resolve the collation conflict between "Latin1_General_CI_AS" and "Latin1_General_100_CS_AS" in the equal to operation.
Statement(s) could not be prepared.

This error is likely because a SQL Query is being generated when you open a Sales Order that is joining or comparing two fields which are defined with different collations within SQL Server. In this case one field is defined as case sensitive and the other as case insensitive.
You could run a SQL Server Profiler trace to identify the precise SQL statement that generates the error. This should help to identify the problem, e.g. if some customization is the root cause of the problem.
Alternatively, you could open a support ticket with Microsoft via your Solution Provider or Dynamics NAV Partner.
