Synchronous WorkFlows Can not send email-CRM 365

Hello people,

Please your help, I have the following issue:

  • When a work flow is set "asynchronous", it sends emails with the User 1.
  • When a work flow is set "synchronous", it can not send emails with the User 1.

I guess,this happens because with the asynchronous workflow, it is actually executed by the CRM System Administrator, while with the synchronous it is executed by the user1 itselft.

I does not show any error in the "tab" where you can see the synchronous work flows.

    Hi,

    I am assuming the the email were getting generated in both the cases? What status you see on the emails? You can compare the sender.

    For synchronous workflow, you can set it to execute as the owner of the workflow.

    Hi, Thanks for anwer.

    The workflow executes, but the email is never sent. When I execute the scenario with Administrator, the emails are sent. Dont know where to see the synchronous workflow log.

    Please your help.
