Retail statement posting error

Hi all,

I have AX 2012 R3 CU8, when i post statement i have this error :

Voucher XXXXXXXX, date XXXXXXXX, account XXXXXXXX, transaction currency amount 50,33, accounting currency amount 50,33, reporting currency amount 50,33, currency MAD, text


Voucher XXXXXXXX, date XXXXXXXX, account XXXXXXXX, transaction currency amount 50,34, accounting currency amount 50,34, reporting currency amount 50,34, currency MAD, text

Voucher XXXXXXXX, date XXXXXXXX, account XXXXXXXX, transaction currency amount 0,01, accounting currency amount 0,01, reporting currency amount 0,01, currency MAD, text

Error in unit of amount in currency XXX. Must be rounded to 0,01.

The unit of -50,3350000000000000 XXX being posted to account XXXXXXXX is outside the current penny rounding threshold.

Reported from company accounts XXX

Posting has been canceled.

    I also Rouding rules my currency :

    Also in GL parameters :

    But i have the same error.

    If you had already checked the setup of your currency and GL parameters, try looking also at accounts for automatic transactions. Also, try to clear the amount and re-enter it again. Sometimes you see visually two decimals whereas in reality more is entered, depending how the data appears in your system.

    Thank's for ur reply.

    I setup the accounts for automatic transactions, also i clear the statement and re-enter it.

    My system is setup for 2 decimal number.

    But I have the same error.

    Verify that kb is already installed in your environment?

    KB 3147115 "The transactions on voucher do not balance" error when posting a statement due to the tax rounding with the expense transaction if the tax is calculated

    Product and version
    Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3
    Fix type: Application hotfix
    PROBLEM

    When you try to post a statement, you receive the following error message:

    "The transactions on voucher do not balance."

    This because the tax is rounding with the expense transaction when the tax is calculated.

    DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE

    The changes in the hotfix make sure you can post a statement without an error as expected.

    AFFECTED OBJECTS

    Classes\RetailStatementPost (SYP)

    Any news, update this forum.

    Try increase the "penny difference" and "rounding rules" to 0.02 or more. Calculate  the statement again.

    I increase the "penny difference" and "rounding rules" to 0.02 - 0.03...0.05, but i have the same error.

    Hi,

    Do you have access to AX debugger?

    If yes, please, set breakpoints in class LedgerVoucherTransObject method checkRounding as shown on picture below and rerun statement posting.

    In debugger you can check what value AX expects as 'roundedAmount' and find out why posting amount is incorrect.

    After debugging i found that   :

    generalJournalAccountEntry.TransactionCurrencyAmount = -50,335 and

    roundedAmount =  -50,34  

    How can i rounding generalJournalAccountEntry.TransactionCurrencyAmount  to -50,34 ?
