TRIAL BALANCE ISSUE

Hi Team.

We are facing one unique problem in running Trial balance in Navision/ Business central. When we have more credit then the Debit in the particular period it won't show any Debit and Credit amount for particular period & only show the Balance. Now, if they don't show the amount for Debit and credit my trial balance Debit and credit is not coming 0.

Any one know the solution please let me know?

Hi, as far as I know, Trial Balance only shows the balance.

I think you can try Detail Trial Balance.

Or using Account Schedule to design a report you need.

Hi Zhu,

Yes, its show the Balance in standard functionality. My question here is if the credit amount is more the Debit its not showing in the Acc in period account. In detail trial balance its working fine but, we only need the Trial balance correct number.
